The King Lobengula Foundation today had the opportunity to engage with the Kwa-Ndancama Community Members to put some Gravel mixed with Tar on one of the Roads next to where Prince A.N.L. Mzilikazi and son Rhodes Njube and his wife Nombina Kawa are buried. The whole Township of Kwa-Ndancama is built on top of a cemetery, the Old Queen Victoria Cemetery. The Residents where given land to build the houses during the apartheid by-laws on top of this gravesite. The area was demarcated for '50plots', but the People later subdivided the plots to 100. Since the day the Residents were allocated this piece of land, in the late 70's, there has been no formal Infrastructure and the People have been promised houses. Till this day non have been built, and the Community continue to suffer the consequences of Poverty . Now the Residences are tied of waiting for the Government to do something, they have taken upon themselves to do whatever it takes to make their conditions bearable to live. Hence, the Foundation is requesting everybody in our Society to lend a hand and support the #HeritageResourcesRegeneration_CleanUp, and lets all "cleanup" our Country and make this world a better place to live.
